With our inspection trips you get great value subsidised transfers and accommodation which means you can see the area for a fraction of the price it would normally cost. Included FREE in our viewing trips are:

• Fully assisted viewings on a one to one basis (we never view in groups)
• Airport transfers in Italy
• 3 Star hotel accommodation (bed, breakfast and evening meal)

Trips are from Monday to Friday or Friday to Monday.

For those not wishing to take a viewing trip offer or for the independent traveller why not just make an appointment to see us or visit our office while in the area. Please note for quality of service reasons priority will be given to clients who have prebooked an appointment over those who turn up at the office without an appointment. We kindly ask people to make an appointment in advance so we can give you the best service possible.

If you decide to buy a 3% agency fee or a minimum of €1000 is payable on closing, also 10% government tax and notary fees. Therefore please always allow 15% on top of the purchase price for closing fees (the same anywhere in Italy). Our after sales service includes the following:

• Opening local bank account
• Obtaining Codice Fiscale (Italian tax code)
• Translation at the Italian notary
• Full buying assistance from start to finish

STANDARD HONEST PRICING: To be involved in all these different types of property requires a much higher skill level and a greater knowledge of Italian property law, we are experienced in dealing with all types of property and always give good advice. We charge the 3% standard Italian agency fee and believe in honest up front charges which means that you pay no more than a local would pay and the prices are kept low. We do not take a property on our books if the price is not a fair price. Each seller has to demonstrate to us why their property is worth a certain amount, we always work on your behalf to keep the prices low.

NO PRESSURE: Our service is an advice based service and we never pressure clients, we would rather not sell a property but guarantee that you have a good time in Calabria and return home happy with the service that you have received. We never view in groups, we do not spend all day and night with you; your free time is just that! Our reputation is everything and we would never jeopardize that for anything. We enjoy what we do and our clients really benefit from our honest up front advice and assistance.

Viewing trip offer Terms and Conditions (not applicable to walk in clients or clients just with a viewing appointment)

General:

Offer based on 2 sharing a hotel room (twin or double), extra suppliments apply for extra hotel rooms or transfer seats. Everything is subject to availability and we reserve the right to refuse to offer the viewing trip for any reason.

Viewing with non-affiliated agents:

On our viewing trip offer you can only visit authorised agents of Scalea Property Services, if a non-authorised agent is visited then the viewing trip offer becomes null and void and you will be required to pay for the full price of the hotel and transfers, otherwise the services will be cancelled and you will have to make your own arrangements for accommodation and transfers. We kindly ask that if you wish to view with non-authorised agents then you just make a viewing appointment with us.

Viewing properties:

During viewing times you will be required to view property with us. Viewing times are:

Winter Nov - Mar:10.00 - 13.00 then 15.00 - 17.00 | Summer Apr - Oct: 10.00 - 13.00 then 16.30 - 19.00

Failure to be present for the viewings between the above times without a good reason (judged at our discretion on a common sense basis) will result in the accommodation and transfers being cancelled and the viewing trip will no longer be valid.

Cancellations policy:

Cancellations will be refunded in full up to 14 days prior to your arrival date in Calabria with us, if the refund has any costs attached (i.e. to send a bank transfer and change back to Pounds Sterling) this will be taken and we will not cover refund charges. Cancellations less than 14 days before your arrival date or failure to arrive in Calabria with us will not be refunded.

Flights:

Flights are not included in the offer and you are required to book and pay for your own flights. As our service is subject to availability please do not book flights until you have received confirmation from us that your booking is available.
